European Schoolnet is dedicated to fostering communication, exchange of resources and collaboration between schools at European level. It is important that all users of eSchoolnet, the European Schoolnet portal for teachers, be sensitive to the rights of teachers, head teachers and students and protect the integrity of their works. For this reason, your use of eSchoolnet is subject to the following terms and conditions.
Restricted Uses
The contents of eSchoolnet are copyright under European Union copyright laws. You may download material for your own educational, personal, non-commercial use, provided that you agree to abide by any copyright notice or other restriction contained in any material included in or accessed through eSchoolnet and include any author attribution, copyright or trademark notice or restriction in any such material that you download. You may not distribute such material for any commercial purpose without a written authorisation from all the copyright owners.

Submissions
If you would like to submit material to eSchoolnet for consideration for inclusion on eSchoolnet. All submissions must comply with the following guidelines:
You agree to grant eSchoolnet the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to reproduce, modify, edit, publish, make derivative works from and distribute such content in any form or media. eSchoolnet reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to edit any submission, and to choose to include or not include such submission on eSchoolnet.
You must own all rights to any material that you submit or, if you have the right to post works copyrighted by another, you must include with your submission a statement describing where you obtained the work. In no event may you submit any material protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner.
In case of submitting student material be aware of the restrictions on presenting student works and acquire the needed written statement allowing the restricted use of the material from the students (over 18 years of age) and their guardians (when under 18 years of age).
Although we encourage thoughtful criticism, you may not post any material that defames any person, invades their privacy, infringes their right of publicity, infringes their trademark or other rights, or which is otherwise unlawful.
