The European Commission and the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU organised a number of events under “Romania week in the Commission”, which took place from 15 to 19 January 2007. The events aimed to welcome Romania, as one of the EU's newest members.
The exhibition "Cre@tive Romania: Romania's Advanced eLearning Strategy" opened the week at the Madou Tower in Brussels. Ján Figel', European Commissioner for Education, Training, Culture and Youth, attended the event.
This photo-reportage groups several pictures taken during the event. The host of the event was SIVECO, one of the most important providers and software integrators of EAS, eLearning, eHealth, eBusiness, eGovernment global solutions and turnkey projects from Romania. SIVECO also implements and publishes a large number of learning objects, which are very attractive digital modules that enable teaching and learning in a modern manner.
